HR Booby Trap

My first comic, and it's all true.

But before the action begins, I'll indulge my insecurities and explain a few things:

1) My friend Matt Timms found himself on the wrong end of an office attraction, and since we worked in the same building and took smoke breaks together, I got daily updates as the whole mess played out. Matt's worries were real, and hilarious, and I was honestly overcome with a want to draw/record his drama.

2) HR Booby Trap suffers the signs of a man's first attempt at comics, but it's a start, I like to think. All the same, the action moves pretty quickly (read: amateurishly), and I've neglected some of the deeper emotional nuances of both Matt and the female, who you'll soon "meet" -- I like to think of her as "She." However, I've been trying to learn something while drawing this, and when the next impulse to draw a full comic takes me by surprise, I promise to try and better capture the subtlety of feelings.

3) I'll be posting page after page for the next few weeks, so keep coming back because the actual events are too unbelievable to miss.
